how often do you fap?
tbh I only do it like every couple weeks at most
I don't have a super high sex drive I guess

Far too often. I was doing pretty good at once a week and nofapped for two. Then I went on vacation and banged and now the urge to fap is pretty bad but I got it back down to every other day. I'm pretty sure this I'm addicted to that dopamine release.

This is the most beautiful mIRC script I've ever seen. I wonder if it's possible to make something similar for irssi. I'd guess it would probably need to be a perl plugin

also i fap mostly once a day, sometimes more sometimes less. it's been suggested to me i have an enlarged prostate. i can talk about this at length. i won't tho.

There's an App called quitzilla. Pretty basic functionality that you just choose a subject to start a timer on. You can restart the timer if you do a thing or if you forget to reset the timer then you can go back to previous days. Has a calender look that will show you the days you marked as having done thing.

i'm interested in keeping stats i'm nto trying to quit, like 1) pooping 2) eating 3) sleep 4) fapping and i'm curious how they all interact. like when i'm stressed sometimes i eat more or less but i'm not sure how much more. and it would be cool to track enough stuff that interactiosn and correlations were pointed out to me by the app instead of deliberately considering them myself because myb rain is not always that clever

it was a leisurely fap. The kind of fap one faps when they have nothing urgent to do, like shopping on a sunday afternoon... followed by exercise, followed by chores and procrastination then another fap, and then bed.
