sure man if you put enough wires and circuit boards on it, anything can be a robot

is there a minimum size for modern design solid fuel rockets?  if a kilogram is 30 MJ to get to space, does that mean a gram is only 3 MJ?  I'm gonna google to see if there is such thing as miniture rocketry.
