How come there's no option to create a poll in a thread?

I was talking with Justin and polls are already an available feature in SMF, but they are currently disabled. All additional forum features like polls, using colors in posts, longer signatures, etc will need to be "skills" that are purchased from an NPC.

Coming soon?
