Does anybody else get swamp ass when you've really gotta go?

I've noticed if I hold my pee too long I start getting swamp ass

sometimes when i really gotta pee my pee pee gets hard

increased blood flow = swamp ass

I have never noticed this on myself, but I suppose it's plausible that when your bladder gets too full your kidneys stop taking as much water out of your system and it starts coming out as sweat instead.
