I've tried pickled cucumber, eggs, and ginger. It's a great way to preserve extra food from your garden

I don't think I've ever tried pickled lime though. Is that a regional thing?

Oh damn, ginger I forgot about, total banger. Definitely within top five.

Pickled lime is not for everyone, sour and salty. But I think it does a great job as condiment to various spicy Indian one-pots. Or just chop that bad boi up and throw it on rice. Man I love pickled stuff.

Eggs are not considered vegetables and are prohibited ITT. Please stay on topic, Rachel.

Limes aren't vegetables either!! Don't be racist against my big pickled sausage

A pig with cleavage and make-up fronting a pickled beef and chicken sausage? This is the reason I left marketing. Well, not literally why, but what the fuck.

I pickled some home grown cucumber earlier. In a couple of days I will dry them and then deep fry them! Stay tuned -- don't forget to like and subscribe!
