Assuming it's the Power Ball:

(In order)
#1 thing is to get a finance lawyer(invest, retirement, crypto, etc.)
#2 lock away 1million for each year of my life remaining (up to 80), such that I only get access to the additional million the following year. 
#3 pay off my families debt
#4 buy house (no more than what I'd need)
#5 pay for bottom surgery out right w/ top of the line surgeon and stay
#6 help pay for the hundreds of mutual aid projects that could go further with a Lil cash. (Box trucks, storage units, gas funds, etc.)
