it could be done as a mod... u would want da mod 2 have... like... a db table, msg id to tag.

may b some ui to remove tags

theres dis mod (https://custom.simplemachines.org/index.php?mod=579) which may work 2... not hashtags tho

a mod... like... some one codes a feature package and... you can lik... you can install da feature in yer forum.

we need to, like.. do da upgrade so we can use em

many database systems have a concept of tables, which are basically predefined spreadsheets for storing specific pieces of information

firedoll is explaining in vague technical terms how such a mod could be made
