Title: shitposting should not be a bannable offense in the shitposting board

specifically, the owner of a thread continuously shitposting at the forum's allowed 1 post every 10 seconds should be allowed, whether the mods find the thread interesting or not.

You weren't banned for shitposting in the shitposting board. You were banned for spamming the same message repeatedly. There is precedence for this in other threads, and it's not my fault you weren't aware of the rules
