Title: Workin' out! (Exercise / Fitness general)

I woke up sore this morning from all the VR exercises I've been doing, but none of them really do much for my abs. A lot of VR games are very arm dominant, although some get you to move around the room or do squats, so that's cool.
To relieve tension I warmed up with a yoga video and then did this video for my abs:

It's ok, I'll text LolDongs and ask him to post about lifting. He loves learning about philosophy and fitness. Quite the combo

So story time. I used to know this girl who slept around a lot (her life story was kind of tragic, but at least she doesn't shoot heroin anymore). Anyway, one time we took a ride on her moped with me riding bitch. While trying not to cop a feel, I held onto her abdomen. Her abs? Well they were like a solid slab of granite. Like 100s of crunches a day hard.
So the moral of the story? If you want great abs, GET FUCKED!

Hey it's been almost a year and I'm getting back into working out regularly.
Now I've got a new rule: Whenever I watch YouTube videos I have to do some sort of exercise. Hula hooping, running in place, doing crunches, etc.
This solves two problems! - Not having enough time in the day to exercise - Discouraging myself from spending too much time watching internet videos

Hey it's been almost a year and I'm getting back into working out regularly.
Now I've got a new rule: Whenever I watch YouTube videos I have to do some sort of exercise. Hula hooping, running in place, doing crunches, etc.
This solves two problems! - Not having enough time in the day to exercise - Discouraging myself from spending too much time watching internet videos
Do you ever get high first? Also, what cool youtube videos are you watching?
I've been working out at least twice a week for a few months now, sometimes 3 or 4 times a week. My goal in february is to work out every day of the month for at least 30 minutes (I get 3 mulligans and can do make up work outs).

I've been working out at least twice a week for a few months now, sometimes 3 or 4 times a week. My goal in february is to work out every day of the month for at least 30 minutes (I get 3 mulligans and can do make up work outs).
Sometimes I work out while high, but I don't think I've ever intentionally gotten high before working out.
Lately I've been watching a lot of Everyday Astronaut (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6uKrU_WqJ1R2HMTY3LIx5Q) and Scott Manley (https://www.youtube.com/user/szyzyg/videos). Definitely recommend checking them out if you like space stuff. Of course there's the random science / educational channels too like Vsauce (https://www.youtube.com/user/Vsauce/videos) and CGP Grey (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2C_jShtL725hvbm1arSV9w) too.

I set an alarm on my phone to remind me to exercise every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
