Title: ADA Compliance: New Background image

In order to better comply with ADA and WCAG guidelines for website accessibility, the seizure inducing background on Shitpost Central has been replaced with a new, less jiggly image.

Thank you everybody for your feedback regarding the forum background, we hope this new image is sufficiently less jiggly.
