Chemtrails aren't real! And if they were they wouldn't be Barium or Aluminium, they wouldn't do anything useful for the environment. There's a paper on chemtrails written by a Harvard student back in the 70's that mentions what the use of periodically releasing extremely fine carbon particles would do the atmosphere such as lowering summer heats, retaining winter heats, influencing weather patterns slightly, etc. The real question now is: Why would they fly planes specifically to deploy chemtrails? You'd need hundreds, if not thousands, of planes to do that everyday to even make a slight difference!
With the massive amounts of planes needed it would be much MUCH easier to just formulate JET FUEL ITESELF to burn and leave the carbon particles behind to do the same job that releasing chemtrails alone would! The contrails left behind airplanes should be a dead giveaway that this is what's actually happening. You'll find a lot of comparison pictures between aircraft showing the difference between contrails and chemtrails but the major difference is the altitude at which the aircraft fly, humidity levels, and geographic locations all factor into whether you'll see 'chemtrails' or not as they're really just extremely long contrails formed by all those factors coming together to form longer contrails than usual. Such as snow needing debris in the center to form flakes, all those factors play together to form "chemtrails"

Putin only attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the KGB. He resigned from the KGB when communism began to fall, and then later became the Director (head) of the FSB. The FSB, under Putin's control, was said to have bombed apartment buildings in Russia as a false flag blaming Chechnya terrorists. This was a very successful way to raise Putin's popularity in only a few months, allowing Putin to become the President.
