Title: Wetfish History Lesson

A long time ago, when the forums were first made. Redheron made this gif

and justin set it as the background to the forum

tons of people complained and said it was horrible eye rape

so instead she made this as a replacement

then when we migrated off of the crappy shared hosting that justin originally set up we lost those changes since they weren't tracked in git

oops!

it'd be cool if we had that background image again

edit: I added it to prod btw, I'll add it to git with some other commit later on I guess
