I was watching Smarter Every Day on how rocket ships are made and it ended up in my suggested videos earlier this morning.

Last week I got to watch Qwan, the pizza master, make her own pizza. She flipped the dough in the air like some sort of pizza wizard

Also you're supposed to stretch it out with your knuckles, not your fingers

She used to work at a pizza place which is where she learned this forbidden knowledge
