Today I went out for lunch and got an impossible burger. Not sure what it's made out of exactly, some kind of GMO soy that tastes savory and has the texture of ground beef. It was pretty delicious tbh, tasted just like a burger and had a good texture. They probably could have cooked it less, but it was still good regardless.
I'm not a vegan or a vegetarian, but I like to try new things and it's important to cut out meat from your diet when possible.
