keyboard shortcuts

press ctrl + I to make an italicized block (right now it just brings up page info in firefox)
press ctrl + B to make a bold block

document these shortcuts on the mouse-over for the buttons

also i don't know when it happened but the page numbers for threads spanning 50 pages are now nice and big and clickable. thank you so much! XOXOXO ~an old person

yep we made this change a little over a year ago since so many people complained about it (especially mobile users)
