Bug report: can't ban user from topic

Tried to ban woodneko from this topic; this is what appears in the ban dialog
SORRY DISCORD IS NOT SUPPORTED DUE TO LINK ROT/attachments/487601667760717826/848614029420396584/unknown.png[/img]

As you can see there's no text box or button. possibly because woodneko is glitchy?

No, it's because woodneko deleted their account. They can no longer make any posts. They do not exist.
