Separate Avatar and Profile Info Areas

Can we move the fish-vatars to a completely separate page from the profile information? I really want to shitpost in my profile info, but I can't without reverting back to a non-ghost-fish which is what I would like least to happen.

Well if you submit a pull request maybe justin would accept it. But I like having everything on one menu, it lets users see all the options.
