ASCII tipping

Add a checkbox on the "tip" page to render ASCII character for the tip amount.
ASCII tipping can show up like this:

nicefish TIPPED "C" CORAL FOR THIS POST
nicefish TIPPED "O" CORAL FOR THIS POST
nicefish TIPPED "C" CORAL FOR THIS POST
nicefish TIPPED "K" CORAL FOR THIS POST
nicefish TIPPED "S" CORAL FOR THIS POST

Maybe a tooltip over the letter to see how many coral it was.

I think this should be implemented as being able to tip items

then we can have emojis and letters that are literally items in our inventories and we can tip them to other people in limited quantities
