dsockwell has issues with negative feedback loops. That is, if somebody is stupid to him, he will be even stupider in retaliation. This leads to arguments and shitposting which often derails the entire channel. This behavior isn't isolated to the internet, for example, if you put dsockwell in a room full of people talking, he will always speak slightly louder than the average volume of the room, often resulting in him yelling loudly in social situations.

He has chosen to stay in #dryfish as it is a relatively calm environment where he will not be instigated.
