Anonymous asked: Hi yeah, tootbot is a robot, just thought you should know. people use it in an irc channel to search tags and it automatically reblogs the result. Usually people use it just to be stupid but lately they've started searching "don't reblog" for lulz. Sorry but as much as it wants to be a safe space, tumblr is no such thing. You can't be mad when you're posting and tagging images publicly like that. :\ If tumblr cared, it would be possible to disable reblogs on a post. but it doesn't.

How do you have the nerve to tell me that I can’t be mad? This is a personal blog, I’d like to have control over what can and can’t be reblogged. I don’t know about robot blogs or whatever the fuck that is, and ideally yes Tumblr should have a feature to disable reblogs on posts but I’m still angry that a fucking porn blog reblogged my selfie. If you’re someone who follows me and therefore knows my views on how misogynistic and abusive the porn industry is, and you still come into my inbox with this crap, unfollow me now.
