I use to love bombing hills with my longboard, but stopped after a near death experience. While going 32 miles an hour down a hill is exhilarating... I'm not tryna end up in a coma. Though... I still crave fun adrenoline activities, but a lot are too dangerous.
When I was 19, a few days after my father died, a friend stayed the night with me to make sure I was alright. The next morning she invited me skydiving bc her friend chickened out. An hour later, I was falling 7000ft in the air. It was so fun, but way too expensive to do semi-regularly.
The next few years I partook in... riskier activities... of the deviant kind... and I'm not too fond of doing those again. However, despite avoiding those activities, I still crave the adrenaline high.
Yet... I can't seem to find the right activity that won't cuase me to have a major injury, financial burden, or trauma. I crave excitement and extreme adrenaline! Can anyone relate to this and if so, what do you like to do to get those floods of adrenaline going?!
