Greeting fishyvers, I listen to alot of tape, at least 1nce a day when I wake up to play 2 songs. Good care and constant consideration for quality and general mood is alwase needed. Tapes are funny, there actualty not Digital and are an Analogue format. The only tape cassette I actually own is a Metalica 5.99 ep. I like to tape music I already have ether digital or vinyl. If you dident know already, Vinyl can sometimes have a diffrent play, much fuller in detailed sound and a lower booming bass. Tape with Maxwell Tapes can be thin due to the length. Tape also can have a diffrent play to because the player might have a different speed than the lower speed cassette playback after recording on your mobile device.
This is my top of the line tape deck I use to record with. Alwase record hot so its almost peaking on you VU meter so get the full sound you want.

Alwase clean you tape heads~~~ PROOF 90 or above

This is the best tape deck, its on Amazon for 25$. I guess since tape has been out for so long, theres only so  many people makeing tape deck motors and springs ect.

I encourage everyone to get a decent well grounded sound card for there pc even if there not tapeing.

The Two Tape Cassettes I recoment are MAXWELL and TASCAM 424's
Maxwell  are good for length recording at 90Min and Tascam at 60Min
You will find old albums that are exactly thoes times. TASCAM can be used a million times and have a full sound due to higher quality tape. Maxwell playback can be sorta thin.

Its alwase good to learn a new technology. Whats your Favorite tape?
