after 6 days of nightmares i woke up today after my 5 hours sleep feeling great, and only had 1 tiny nightmare where my mom said there was too many wires hanging from my desk.

Life is going pretty well right now. I'm curious about the future though. I really want to get out of NY, but as much as i dislike my ex, i would never take the kids away from her completely.
I just want my 40 acres and a mule. And some swales, and some goats, and...
I'm... kinda looking forward to spending the next month alone in my house?
I'm already going nuts.
Also, i really need to work on myself right now. I get emotional and needy far too easily.

things are okay. life on the road keeps my mind off sadness despite the grind being thankless and dumb. quarantine procedures are really fucking with people - five foot minimum distance, 10 people max in a place, really cuts down on lunchroom comradeship and old fashioned bullshitting.

i keep dreaming that i fall in love, and i keep asking the person i'm falling in love with how to meet them in real life and they keep saying "i dunno". also i keep asking them if they're real people and not dream characters, and they say they're real, but its starting to seem like dream character shennanigans.

draw a rough sketch of what they look like, run it through a neural network to generate a realistic photo of a person, then run it through a reverse image search or amazon's facial recognition database to find matches

There is a method called dream incubation (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dream_incubation). Essentially, the idea is to try to solve problems by seeding your dreams. Using this method, you could try to figure out how to meet your dream lover.

last night I had a stomach ache and I felt pretty weird, wasn't sure if I was developing symptoms of food poisoning or what
then I farted like 10 times and immediately felt better
oh yeah and the cut on my leg stopped being infected and is mostly healed now
sometimes life is okay
