#party is this weird channel where a bot relays messages to hundreds of other IRC networks.
Some of the people there are actually pretty cool, but it's a largely unmoderated channel spanning servers all over the world. As you'd imagine there are a few mean trolls, but just be nice to them and then they'll get mad!
