But think about it -- how many times per day do you pee? you can poop like every other day, or even longer possibly. I don't think the choice is as obvious as you make it seem.

I poop like 3 times a day.  Twice in the first two hours of work.  What the hell is wrong with your butt?

unless I drink a lot of coffee or eat some disgusting food and I get diarrhea or something

but most of the time with a healthy diet I only poop once per day

Maybe I'm doing it wrong.
