Don't need AI for this.  My health insurance refused to refund a blood test, despite it being one of the items explicitly named in my insurance policy, because the it was a "prise de sang" type of blood-test.  I spoke to two different humans about this on the phone... two humans who aren't fluent in French else they'd know what "prise de sang" means.

Embodied, maker of the AI robot called Moxie, is shuttering. With their closing, parents have to explain to their kids that Moxie is dead.

Moxie is a small blue robot with a big expressive face straight out of a Pixar movie. The robot used large language models in the cloud to answer questions, talk, and function. With Embodied out of business, the robot will soon no longer be able to make those calls.
