There has been a lot of parent kid channels that have some sort of abuse, one of them is known as Daddyofive whose parents plays harmful "pranks" on one of their autistic sons, Cody who is always the butt of the joke. It took a long time before youtube did anything with the children being taken away. Youtube never sees these channels are bad but there is a darkside to it.

Edit: The channel that the meme is referencing is "Daddyofive" "fgteev" and fantastic adventures but generally any kids toy channel or parent kid channel that you can see some sort of abuse
