I used to start with PENIS, but I recently decided to choose a different word each time. I try to think of a word that has many vowels.

I always pick different words each time but I always make sure the first word I pick doesn't have any repeating letters

sometimes when you're stumped it helps to just pick a couple random words that use all the vowels and common letters
