Best Resources to Learn

Resident young dumbass here. I'm looking for ways to teach myself Cybersecurity concepts, as well as hacking (so cool, i know). I have no idea where to begin learning all of this, so I figure a forum post here would be a good place to start.

A bit off topic, but is their any page here on the forums or on the wiki describing the various skills and topics possessed by people here, as well as curated lists of resources to learn more? I remember a brief forum post about a wetfish "tech tree" being in development, has that endeavor reached any kind of fruition?
