it's like they combined two pictures of her from different angles.........

We don't need shitty artists to make these kinds of photos now. We've got shitty AIs to replace them.

Visitors to Ghibli Park in Japan’s Aichi prefecture will be prevented from taking inappropriate photos with statues of characters from beloved animated films.  This comes after photos were posted on Twitter in February showing men pretending to sexually assault young female characters in the Studio Ghibli theme park.

When asked about the photos, Mr Omura said: “Ghibli Park is a place for adults and children to have fun while experiencing Ghibli films. I don’t want people who do things that many find offensive to come to the park.”  The photos feature a park visitor taking upskirt photos of Marnie, the titular character of the 2014 film When Marnie Was There, and another fondling the breasts of Teru, the heroine from the film Tales From Earthsea (2006).  Mr Omura added: “It is extremely malicious, just like the inappropriate behaviour at conveyor belt sushi restaurants.”

Wait, what the fuck happens at conveyor belt sushi restaurants?

The name for the restaurants is "kaitenzushi"  (lit. rotating food)

(Feb 03) The phrase "sushi terrorism" emerged on Japanese social media this week after a video went viral showing a teenage boy covertly licking soy bottles on a sushi conveyor belt and putting them back.  The Gifu video on 29 January was followed by other videos - some with older timestamps. These have gained more than 40 million views. One showed customers spoiling passing sushi plates by heaping wasabi on top of them. Another showed a diner licking the spoon in a communal green tea powder container.

(Mar 11) Japanese police have arrested three people over "sushi terror": viral, unhygienic pranks that are threatening the world-famous feature of sushi conveyor belt restaurants. Since [last month], dozens of such videos have proliferated sparking public concern. ... In eastern Japan, the Choushimaru chain said it would stop using its conveyor belts altogether after a customer placed a cigarette butt in a jar of pickled ginger.

Kids see people getting rewarded with internet points for being assholes, so they repeat the behaviour.  and this is Why We Can't Have Nice Things.
