I was playing a video game yesterday and this person showed up saying he wanted to kill all white parents and business owners. I said he was being racist but he replied "nah u cant be racist to white ppl"

Racism is prejudice/discrimination/antagonism against another race, so yeah it's racism. (and it's racist to say that you can't be racist against white people)

The only reason it's opaque is because journalists at the Huffington Post, Buzzfeed, et. al claim that it's impossible to be racist against white people.

If you look up the definition of racism, you'll find a very simple answer:

Discrimination or prejudice based on race.
